At Brielle Élan, we offer a seamless, tailored experience from consultation to creation—transforming your vision into a timeless masterpiece with precision and excellence.

CONSULTATION PROCESS

1. Initial Inquiry:

Begin your journey with us by reaching out through our website or contact form to schedule an exclusive consultation.

2. Consultation fee:

A non-refundable premium consultation fee of #35,000 Naira is required. This investment secures your bespoke experience, guaranteeing dedicated personalization, and is applied independently of your final purchase.

3. Personal Consultation:

In-Person: Experience the luxury of a face-to-face meeting where we delve into your vision and preferences, and take precise measurements.

Virtual: Connect with us via a sophisticated video call to discuss your aspirations and requirements, with detailed measurement guides provided for accuracy.

This consultation usually lasts one hour. However, should you require more than one hour, we strongly advise you to inform your relationship manager (which we will provide) before the consultation slot is allotted to you. Please note that extensions beyond one hour will be billed accordingly.

Reschedule: Should you wish to reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice which will enable us to guarantee another slot immediately.

4. Design Proposal & Quotation:

Step into the creative journey as we shape unique design concepts and discuss fabric selections. Within 72 hours, you will receive a personalized sketch and proposal crafted from our consultation. Each consultation fee covers up to two rounds of design revisions.

5. Completion:

Upon your approval of the design and quotation, we will provide a detailed timeline for the creation of your bespoke garment, ensuring transparency and anticipation for the final masterpiece.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment Structure:

A non-refundable deposit of 70% is required to secure your order and initiate production. The outstanding 30% balance must be paid before delivery or collection.

2. Production Timeline:

Production timelines will be communicated at the point of order confirmation. Timelines begin only after deposit payment is received. Delays caused by late payments or client response times will affect delivery dates.

3. No Refund Policy:

Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, all payments made are strictly non-refundable.

4. Fittings & Alterations:

Clients are entitled to scheduled fittings where applicable. Minor adjustments are covered; however, major design changes after production has started will attract additional charges.

5. Design Approval:

Once design sketches, fabric, and embellishments are approved, no further changes can be made without additional cost.

6. Measurement Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We are not liable for fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied by the client.

7. Delivery Policy:

Outfits will only be released upon full payment completion. Delivery fees (if applicable) are borne by the client.

8. Urgent Orders:

Orders requiring expedited timelines will attract a rush fee, depending on the complexity and deadline..

9. Storage Policy:

ompleted outfits not picked up within 7 days of completion may incur a storage fee.

10. Damage & Care:

We are not responsible for any damages after collection/delivery. Clients are advised to follow proper garment care instructions.

11. Intellectual Property:

All designs remain the intellectual property of the brand. We reserve the right to photograph and use all outfits for promotional purposes.
